We want Holley Avenue customers to be 100% happy with their purchases.  If your order isn't quite what you were hoping for, we'll happily exchange the item or provide a store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided that the item/s are returned in the original condition (unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached). Please note, we are unable to accept returns on earrings due to health regulations. *

In the unlikely event that your item has a manufacturing fault or is incorrect to the one you purchased, please contact us immediately and we will issue a full refund or exchange once your item has been returned. Refunds will be made via the same method as payment minus the shipping costs.
